A specialist service from ADI Leak DetectionHelping landlords across Britain

Accessibility statement

Using the website, getting help and reporting an access barrier.

Last reviewed: 14 September 2026

Our approach

We want landlords, tenants and property managers to be able to use this site. We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a design and improvement target. We do not currently claim full conformance or independent accessibility certification.

Using the website

The pages have headings and navigation landmarks, text alternatives for informative photographs, a skip-to-content link and visible keyboard focus. There are no forms to complete. The layout adapts to smaller screens. There is no autoplay audio or video, and reduced-motion preferences are respected.

Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between links and controls. In the symptom selector, use the up and down arrow keys to change options, or Home and End to reach the first and last option. Use Enter or Space on an FAQ heading to open it. Escape closes the navigation menu.

Checks and limitations

The current build has had manual checks of keyboard navigation and layouts at desktop and mobile sizes, plus automated accessibility and narrow-screen reflow checks across all 21 content pages. These checks are not a full accessibility audit. A complete screen-reader and assistive-technology assessment across supported browsers has not yet been completed.

ADI takes leak enquiries by telephone and this website has no enquiry form. Telephone is therefore the route to arranging a survey, which will not suit everyone. If a call is difficult for you, the contact details in this statement reach ADI in writing, and the team can agree another way to arrange the work. ADI’s main website is a separate service and is outside this statement’s scope.

Ask for help or report a problem

You do not need to disclose a disability or medical information to ask for help.

Email [email protected] or call 0333 567 2617 during Monday–Friday, 7:30am–6:30pm. Tell us the page address, what you were trying to do and the barrier you encountered. If helpful, include your browser or assistive technology, but do not send passwords or sensitive personal information.

You can ask ADI for the service information in a more accessible format or agree another way to arrange a survey if telephone is unsuitable. Tell the team what would help you. The request will need to be considered for your circumstances; this statement does not promise that every format is immediately available.
